My name is Pedge, and I am the founder of Pedge Photography. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of capturing countless beautiful weddings, each one a unique story of love and celebration. What began as a passion for photography has blossomed into a career that brings me immense joy and fulfilment.
Before specialising in weddings, I honed my skills in portrait and event photography. While those experiences were invaluable, nothing compares to the emotional intensity and genuine moments that unfold during a wedding day. It’s a privilege to be entrusted with preserving these precious memories for couples to cherish for years to come.
My photography style is characterised by versatility and attentiveness. I utilise two cameras with different focal lengths to capture both the broader narrative of the day and the intimate details and emotions that make each moment special. While I believe in allowing couples and their guests to enjoy the day naturally, I’m also adept at stepping in when needed to ensure essential moments are captured flawlessly.
In post-processing, my goal is to enhance the inherent beauty of each image while maintaining its authenticity. I prioritise vibrant colours and crisp, clean edits to deliver a timeless collection of photographs that will stand the test of time.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the genuine connections and heartfelt moments that unfold throughout the day. As a family man myself, I have a deep appreciation for the sentimental details involving children, grandparents, and other loved ones. These fleeting moments are what make each wedding truly unique and unforgettable.
